If you invest or take out a plan with us you become a member of the society.
How to get involved as a member
We run a member engagement programme to enable to society to liaise with our members' as much as possible and provide a platform for our members' to help us make some important decisions. The two main forums are:

Focus Group
The Focus Group comprises of 50 members that are invited to meet with the directors and the society’s management team, as well as completing questionnaires or taking part in surveys by email, phone and post.

Research Community
The Research Community consists of around 400 members of all ages and backgrounds. It provides a non face-to-face platform for National Friendly’s members to give feedback on a range of subjects such as new products, advertising campaigns, product literature, statement information and much more.

Member Expense Claims Guidelines for Focus Group Meetings
The Society is keen to ensure all its members have the opportunity to be involved in regular events and we have an expenses policy to ensure that members will be reimbursed for necessary expenditure reasonably incurred in the attendance of our member events.
